Responsibility:
1、Be responsible for all Accounting, Finance, costing, taxation and treasury matters
2、Provide timely & accurate financial information by ensuring financial statements and reports are produced according to generally accepted accounting principles and on schedule
3、Supervise & monitor the daily operation of Finance Department to ensure smooth running of the department
Improve and enhance company internal control policies and accounting procedures
4、Be responsible for company annual budget, monthly forecast, cash flow management, costing
5、Liaise with auditors both internal and external
6、Liaise with the local tax authorities
7、Engage operation staff in financial decisions and make recommendations, if any to assist the operation staff in their managing of the Profit and Loss
8、Participate in any matters of financial importance

Qualifications:
1、University graduate with Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance
2、CICPA or other recognized professional accounting qualification
3、At least 7 years relevant manufacturing accounting working experience in MNC, at least 3 years in supervisory or management position
4、Knowledge of China GAAP, and preferably US GAAP
5、Good knowledge in China tax regulations
6、Good spoken and written English & Mandarin
7、Good sense of responsibility, patience, attention to detail and goal-oriented.
8、Team work plus good communication and interpersonal skills
