岗位职责：
1、构筑营销理念，创建营销体系，建立健全营销管理制度。
2、组织拟定营销策略、市场策略、产品定价策略、销售渠道策略、促销策略和营销组合策略。
3、搞好市场调查、分析和预测工作，拟定营销目标和计划，为公司制定发展规划、年度经营目标
提供可靠的依据。
4、组织做好市场情报收集和管理工作，及时收集竞争对手的情报和顾客的情报，以便公司获得更
广阔的市场。
5、做好产品的促销工作，组织销售公司对外的大型营销活动和会议安排，及重大的公关事务处理。
6、组织建立销售网络
7、领导售后服务工作，建立售后服务网络，为用户提供满意的产品和服务。
8、根据公司年度工作大纲的要求，负责本系统方针目标的制订和展开、检查、诊断、落实工作。
9、完成领导交办的其他工作。
任职要求：
1、本科以上学历
2、有5-8销售经验，3-5年管理经验
3、能适应不定时出差
4、对保健品市场有深入了解
5、懂管理懂团队建设、市场营销



工作时间
上午：9:00-12:00，下午1:30-5:30，周末双休。

 中恩总部占地面积230亩，其中包括食材功能因子富集提取车间一座，包含食材功能因子提取，分离、富集，浓缩、仿生学预消化处理、低温干燥、制粉等生产工艺；医用食品成品制剂综合车间一座，包含10条液体生产线，12条粉剂生产线，8条片剂生产线，设计年生产液剂1亿瓶，片剂10亿片，粉剂1亿袋；包括自热单兵食品、军能食品及救援食品生产车间，综合办公楼和培训中心等设施。我们将生产研发系列化具有自主知识产权的医用食品，构建具有中国特色的基于天然食用资源的新型临床营养制剂功能性组件及其产业化体系，建立医用食品原料深加工基地，努力成为我国医用食品产业示范基地，带动和促进我国临床营养学科的建设和整体产业发展。

Sinofn (Tianjin) Pharm-Tech Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Sinofn”) is a limited liability company invested and held by Biosino Bio-technology and Science Inc. Sinofn headquarters in Tianjin Port Free Trade Zone, Binhai New Area, Tianjin. It covers an area of 230 mu, and the first-phase investment is RMB 0.35 billion. Sinofn focuses on producing medical foods, healthy foods, relief foods, individual rations and military functional foods and other special nutritional dietary products, and aims at becoming the most influential medical food manufacturer in China.

The headquarters of Sinofn covers 230 mu, including a workshop for food functional factor enrichment and extraction, which is used for food functional factor extraction, separation, enrichment, concentration, bionics predigestion processing, low-temperature drying, milling and other production processes; a comprehensive workshop for medical food FPPs, consisting of 10 liquid production lines, 12 powder production lines and 8 tablet production lines, of which the designed annual outputs are 0.1 billion bottles of liquid, 1 billion tablets and 0.1 billion bags of powder respectively; workshops for self-heating individual foods, military functional foods and relief foods; a comprehensive office building and a training center, etc. We will produce and develop series of medical foods with independent intellectual property rights, build new clinical nutrition preparation functional components and its industrialization system with Chinese characteristics based on natural food resources, establish medical food raw materials deep processing base, and try to become a medical food industrial demonstration base in China, so as to drive the construction of clinical nutrition discipline and development of the whole industry in China.
