职位描述
工作职责：
1. 主导公司百度、搜狗等搜索引擎营销工作，并对整体SEM效果负责；
2. 全面负责关键词选取和添加、广告创意设计和优化、价格调节等工作，合理使用营销经费达到预期广告效果；
3.定期对SEM效果进行总结汇报并提出优化意见和建议；
4.相关人才辅导和培养。
任职要求
1、3年以上SEM实践经验，熟悉网络营销者优先；
2、对关键词提炼，标题，广告创意，网页描述以及网页文章的撰写有一定的经验；
3、熟悉PPC广告的数据分析流程，精通 PPC竞价投放模式和管理流程；
4、有成功提升（并保持稳定）网站流量的经验；
5、熟悉使用网站测试工具、网站优化工具、流量分析工具 ；
6、对流量分析和互联网各种网络营销模式有自己独特的见解 ；
7、良好的沟通能力和理解能力，有责任心，工作认真、细致;
8、精通百度、谷歌、360等搜索引擎的竞价后台操作，对关键词挖掘、创意撰写以及点击转化率有个人独到的见解，能对推广效果做出相应的调整；
