Duties and Responsibilities
- Support Sales Manager in overall department management
- Assist in task distribution and target setting
- Supervise and communicate with the sales to achieve the target and get involved in special case when it is necessary
- Ensure quality customer service is provided to the customers
- Ensure that customer complaints are adequately answered and preventive action is taken
- Organize and analyse marketing information for further decision-making
- Coordinate and interact with other departments
- Training and coaching

Position Requirements
- University degree or above
- Over 8 years of sales experience in ocean carriers, at least 3 years management experience.
- Sound knowledge of shipping industry
- Proficient skills in written and oral English
- Good ability in use of relevant IT office applications
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, flexibility and ambition
- Strong customer orientation and market analysis
- Good at people sizing up
- Willing and able to work under pressure
