1、具有良好的艺术、设计修养，掌握纺织服装、服饰品市场的时尚与流行趋势。
2、具有服饰品或服装设计工作经验，熟悉纺织服装的面料、辅料、工艺技术等要素，并可以熟练运用。
3、也可以是具有针织品设计经验，熟练掌握针织品生产设计工艺，并对色彩、图案等设计具有深厚功底。
4、能熟练运用设计软件。
