职位描述
岗位职责
1、公司日常行政管理的运作（包括运送安排、邮件和固定的供给等等）；
2、负责公司前台管理工作，包括接待、传真/文件收发、资料管理工作；
3、负责各类会务的安排工作；
4、协助行政人事主管对各项行政事务的安排及执行；
5、协助销售人员，完成CAD稿件出图及其它文档编辑工作；
6、完成上级交给的其它事务性工作。
任职资格
1、行政管理或相关专业大专以上学历；
2、一年以上相关工作经验；
3、具备一定的行政管理知识；
4、工作细致、认真、有责任心，较强的文字撰写能力，较强的沟通协调以及语言表达能力；
5、熟练使用office办公软件、CAD及自动化设备；
6、形象气质佳，女性优先。
