职位描述
工作职责：
1．分析项目需求，并根据项目经理分项任务书的软件开发需求，进行软件框架、核心模块、算法、程序流程等设计；
2.根据开发进度和任务分配，开发相应的软件模块代码，并根据公司技术文档规范编写相应的技术文档；
3.根据项目要求， 负责和协调有关Sharepoint管理、开发和运行的事项；
4.安装、配置和维护Sharepoint开发、测试和生产环境；
5.负责Sharepoint业务解决方案的设计、开发及部署 ；
6.负责系统和项目的维护、升级和技术支持 ；
7.编写项目文档，包括需求规范、系统规范、设计规范、用户手册及维护手册 。
要求：
1.精通C#，ASP.NET编程，能够熟练使用.NET开发平台；
2.能够熟练使用Visual Studio 进行项目开发、调试，熟练操作SQL Server 2005/2008数据库；
3.熟悉SharePoint配置以及用对象模型编程，熟练使用SharePoint Designer设计SharePoint的页面，可以开发基于Sharepoint的工作流、EventHander、自定义webpart等功能应用；
4.熟练开发和部署SharePoint自定义Webservice;
5.熟练操作xml，并并能够熟练使用Visual Studio 2005/ 2008进行项目开发、调试，熟练操作SQL Server 2005数据库；
6.热爱软件开发工作，熟悉软件开发流程，具有良好的技术文档、规范化和标准化的代码编写习惯；
7.良好的团队开发意识和沟通表达能力，思维活跃，工作踏实负责，有乐于助人及知识共享的共进精神
