职位描述
职责:
1、Develop and maintain workflows and protocols to ensure high quality customer service experience
2、Interface with English-speaking oversea clients on service enquiries and support
3、Responsible for service delivery management for English-speaking oversea corporate clients and overall quality of related deliverables
4、Work with internal and external stakeholders to track and resolve customer service issues
5、Introduce best practices to streamline and improve department operation
6、Prepare statistical and analysis reports for quality monitoring and on-going improvement programs
要求:
1、Degree in Business/Operations Management or related discipline
2、At least 2 years of experience in customer service or operations management
3、Fluent in written and oral English
4、Able to work independently, possess excellent problem-solving skills
5、Quality-focused, hands-on, and comfortable in leading change
6、Previous experience in travel, airline, hospitality, loyalty industry preferred
7、Experience working with CRM, BPM, ERP, Membership Management Systems preferred
8、Oversea study and/or professional experience preferred
