We are looking for Hardware Engineer for the MM Electronics Business Line, who will be responsible for the following activities:
*To support the offer team phase to propose the best technology in respect to customer constraints and target costs
*To take the lead of the electronic project design
*To take the lead of design tests and validation tests
*To support MM’s development, quality and industrialization
*To support overseas Magneti Marelli R&D center in case of off shore development
*To release the electronic schematic
*To insure by design the use of all components in their safe operating range
*To insure by design the fulfillment of all design requirement constraints internal and external
*To perform simulation to insure critical features
*To perform component level FMEA
*To release new component qualification procedure
*To take the lead of the electronic bill of material
*To release all checklist insuring the design
*To take part to the layout design review
*To manage the design of the load boxes, harness, impedance board, for product tests
*To perform electrical tests to verify the design
*To lead the EMI tests (BCI, chamber tests…)
*To support and monitor supplier
*To audit with purchaser and quality department potential new or current suppliers
*To support production for ramp up and running phases
*To follow corporate design guide lines and quality procedures
*To follow project milestones defined by the project leader
*To support in-house customer for maintenance or debugging purposes
*To report to the professional line team leader aboutworkload and achievements。

Requirement:

Education background
*Master degree, electronic design (logic, analogue)
*At least 2 years of professional experience
Professional background
*Electronic design development in automotive or consumer business areas
Language: good English to communicate with EU

P.S: the location in Guangzhou for 1 year, and then locate in Changchun.
