Job summary:

Develop new business and maintain existing
clients, meet revenue target, actively involved in market research projects,
especially proposal design, analysis, writing report with ad-value insights and
make presentation, provide satisfactory client servicing and maintain long-term
good client relationship, lead and manage a big team of researchers, provide
coaching and training, actively involved in corporate strategy planning and
implementation.

Main Responsibilities:

· Maintain long-term business relationship with existing clients

· Develop new clients and new business

· Lead and manage a team of researchers, including recruitment, job
allocation, performance

management and coaching

· Manage research projects, and provide professional client servicing

· Write winning research proposal and present to clients

· Provide advanced research analysis and add-value insights and
recommendations

· Write research report and make presentation to clients

· Be actively involved in business plan and organization development

· Be actively involved in marketing activities and events, ie. Client
Seminar, Professional

Conference, Public Speech, etc.

Job Requirements:

·Bachelor or Master Degree

·At least 7 years work experience in market research, preferred in
international research

agencies. Auto sector experience will be a plus.

·Fluent in English and Mandarin as working language

·Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

·Technically strong in customized market research or insight research

·Strong client servicing, business development and negotiation skills

·Strong people management and leadership skills

·Team oriented, logical and insightful thinking and be willing to
work under pressure

·Experience of insight research or strategic planning in advertising
industry will be a good plus
