Marriott Vacation Club Asia Pacific is now recruiting sales professionals for the following positions:
Sales Leader, Sales Executives

一、Description:
1、Job summary promote awareness of brand image internally and externally.
2、Conduct personal preview to potential customers at state of the art Sales Gallery.
3、Achieve team and individual sales target and drive for sales and profitability.
4、Maintain good customer relationship with our vacation members.
5、Job summary promote awareness of brand image internally and externally.
6、Use sales techniques that maximize revenue while maintaining existing guest loyalty to Marriott, including up-selling.
7、Challenging the terms of an agreement and closing sales.
8、Communicate with potential owners via telephone to set up preview package sales/tours.
9、Explain details and requirements related to attending a sales presentation to potential owners and verify that individuals meet eligibility requirements.
10、Follow all company policies and procedures; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets.
11、Speak with others using clear and professional language ;answer telephones using appropriate etiquette.
12、Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others; support team to reach common goals; listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees.


二、Requirements:
1、At least 2 years of sales experience.
2、Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.
3、Fluent in English CET 6 above and mandarin/Cantonese is preferred.
4、Ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast paced environment.
5、Able to perform well under deadlines and manage change effectively.
6、Must be available to work on mid-week days(late afternoons and evenings)as well as both weekend days.
7、Attractive commission will be paid each month.
8、Dynamic team players.


三、Income and Benefits:
1、Compensation
Marriott Vacation Club Sales Executive Compensation is primarily Commission based. Sales Executives earn very high globally competitive commissions. For proprietary reasons compensation details will be discussed on an individual basis.
2、Base Salary
The position is primarily commission based, however, there is a minimal monthly fixed base salary.
Compensation details will be discussed on an individual basis.
3、Sales Training Program
There is a four-week paid Sales Training Program.
The first two weeks is classroom. The last two weeks is live, role-play and sales presentation role-play.
4、Company Paid Transportation
Company provide a staff bus which runs to and from Phuket Town to the workplace.
5、Employee Cafeteria
With an entitlement to 2 meals per day.
6、Commissions Paid
Payroll Payout is 25th of every month made by bank transfer to associate’s bank account.
Each month’s pay is for commissions earned from the ‘prior’ month.
