岗位职责 Job responsibilities:
- New Business pitch and development from the Digital perspective, and the digital team build-ups.
负责互动业务方面的新业务开发和拓展,以及互动部门的建立。
- Interface and coordinate between client and design department on creation requirement.
沟通与协调客户与设计部门之间的设计理念与设计要求
- Brief collecting and help to delegate work to creative members, familiar with the nature of clients' products, business culture and competition.
收集客户信息,并且协助安排设计部成员的设计任务,充分了解客户的产品,企业文化,竞争对手.
- Present creative work to clients for approval or modification until the end of the project.
为客户展示设计理念，并根据客户要求修改或确认设计,直至项目结束.
- Schedule arrangement and monitoring, ensure that the services provided to the customer are high quality, and respects the requirements and deadlines.
安排并控制设计时间,保证设计成品在规定时限内高质量的完成.
- Coordinate closely with other service department such as sales team, production team and financial team to follow up the project; liaising with clients and related internal teams, ensuring that communication flows effectively.
与销售部门,生产部门以及财务部门进行合作,跟进项目的进程, 与客户及相关部门及时联络,以保证顺畅及有效的沟通.
- Arranging and attending meetings of reporting key decisions.
安排并出席项目相关报告会议
- Always looking for improvements of service quality to increase clients’ efficiency
积极寻求提高效率及服务质量的方法
- Control expenses (travel expense, overtime work…)
控制成本(出差费用,加班等)
- Other tasks assigned by line manager.

技能要求Skills required：
- 5年以上工作经验
Work experience of 5+ years
- 能够使用中英文与客户联系
Able to deal with international accounts in English-Chinese
- 能够承受工作压力，接受出差
Can work under pressure Able to travel
