职位描述
Job Description:
1. Supervise the data of staff attendance, OT hours and leaves etc. to ensure the accuracy and integrity;
2. Responsible for C&B issues, e.g. payroll, Social Insurance, Housing fund calculation & management, IIT declaration;
3. Assist in annual performance appraisal;
4. Handle recruitment & selection process, e.g. screening job applicants, assessing candidates and confirming applicants, etc.
5. Facilitate staff communication and training;
6. Manage & use HRIS; establish and maintain employee P-file;
7. Coordinate with FESCO/CIIC for staff issue;
8. Prepare HR&Admin-related reports;
9. Monitor the renewal of BR, office license and rental, and car management;
10. Handle office items purchase and maintenance;
11. Manage and assist in office renovation project;
12. Ensure office clean and tidy, health and safety;
13. Monitor receptionist service;
14. Carry out all relevant duties as outlined in the Company procedures and policies;
15. Complete other ad hoc jobs or tasks assigned by department head and management.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above in human resources or related;
2. 4 years or above solid working experiences in HR & Admin, familiar with full functions of human resources, experiences in multinational company is preferable;
3. Solid knowledge in C&B, Performance Appraisal, recruitment, Training and Employee Relationship management;
4. Familiar with national & local labor law or relevant regulations, and be able to handle staff dispute case;
5. CET-6, Good command of oral and written English;
6. Skillful at MS Office, especially in Excel & PPT;
7. Have positive working attitude, high sense of responsibility and able to work under pressure;
8. Good communication skills, ability & willing to learn, good team player.
