Customer Contact Centre- China
Shangri-la Customer Contact Centre - China began in March 13, 2013, is built upon Shangri-La Hotel, Guangzhou which is conveniently located next to the Guangzhou International Convention Center and set elegant landscaped gardens. Shangri-la Customer Centre - China with more than 500 square meters; bright and spacious office area, equipped with the high developed global reservation system, provides a toll-free service for inbound and outbound reservations to assist guests from mainland China, Hong Kong, Taiwan and Macau. The centre also provides one-stop Golden Circle member service within Greater China.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle phone sales, respond to booking requests and provide member servicing to Golden Circle (Shangri-La’s Loyalty Program)
- Strive to convert every inquiry into a sale; provide prompt resolution to every customer need at first contact
- Maintain a high level of service standards to promote customer satisfaction and retention
- Be proficient in the various aspects of Customer Sales to achieve / exceed key performance metrics
- Actively promote to bookers the facilities and services of each hotel
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience in Call Centre operations or related field is preferred ( Fresh graduates or those with physical disabilities are welcome to apply
- Excellent communication skills (spoken and written) in English and Putonghua (and Cantonese)
- Good selling and listening skills; ability to multi-task
- Flexible with work schedule ( include weekends, may include overnight shift )
