Responsibilities: Direct report to Planning Director
Assist to set media objective, analyze market/consumer dynamics, and formulate media strategy
Assist to construct media plan with recommendation on media channels, budget allocation and scheduling strategy
Explore new media forms and innovative media ideas
Brief buying team to ensure an effective implementation of the approved media plan
Co-ordinate with clients and creative agencies in day-to-day account handling and media servicing
Provide clients with constant updated on competitive activity, media market development and relevant research insight


Requirements:

- 3-4 media planning experience with 4A agencies, good understanding of the work flow of advertising and preferably experience in other forms of communication channel - PR, CRM, BTL, etc
Experience in handling big FMCG clients and strong in TV planning skill
- Good communication and presentation skills. Able to convince and influence other effectively
- Able to prioritize jobs & communicate these priorities to the team and motivate all members
- Proficiency in Mandarin, English both in conversation & writing
- Computer knowledge, especially PPT in English is a must
