Responsibilities:

l Direct report to Business Director and lead a team

l Set media objective, analyze market/consumer dynamics, and formulate media strategy

l Construct media plan with recommendation on media channels, budget allocation and scheduling strategy

l Explore new media forms and innovative media ideas

l Brief buying team to ensure an effective implementation of the approved media plan

l Co-ordinate with clients and creative agencies in day-to-day account handling and media servicing

l Provide clients with constant updated on competitive activity, media market development and relevant research insight

Requirement:

l Excellent general education with 6-8 years relevant experience; previous agency experience is preferred, Brand Manager in Worldwide Top 500 corporate or Project Manager in big research house is a advantage

l Good understanding of the production process of advertising and all other forms of communication mediums

l Excellent communication and presentation skills. Able to convince and influence other effectively

l Able to prioritize, communicate these priorities and motivate a team accordingly

l High energy level, excellent listening skills and able to manage multiple tasks and initiatives simultaneously

l Proficiency in Mandarin, English both in conversation & writing

l Computer knowledge, especially PPT in English is a must
