Job Responsibilities:

-Devise media schedule to implement the approved plan
-Negotiate the best possible media rate, ad positioning and added value for clients
-Secure media space and follow up on media placement
-Handle TV pre-emption and monitor print ad appearance
-Provide timely post-TV campaign analysis and print position monitoring report upon campaign completion
-Evaluate appropriate media opportunities for clients
-Update media plan and spending on a regular basis
-Ensure timely and accurate data entry for media invoicing every month
-Assist planning team in day-to-day account handling and ongoing media service delivery


Requirements:

-At least 3-4 years experience at the same position, in 4A agencies would be prefer.
-Be familiar with media process and requirement on each section.
-Be able to analyse media information/data accurately and catch up with emerging media.
-Good interpersonal and communication skill, be good at client management.
-Good presentation and negotiation skill, Be able to gain client's permissibility.
-Proficiency in using ACN & CSM system
-Proficiency in English, both oral and written
-Good in computer skills, able to use MS Excel, PowerPoint efficiently
-As a detailed, responsible and efficient team player
