Job Responsibilities:
Original Research :
Project manage original quantitative research on-time on brief and on budget
Prepare summary and recommendation documents for same and present internally / externally to Business groups and clients as appropriate
Support and integrate Regional Global research efforts and propagate these within the SH office to Business Directors and clients
Media Tools
Become the expert on the OMD suite of Tools in the SH office and lead the development of the tools to maximize their application, relevance and usefulness within a OMD SH PRC Planning environment
Conduct training sessions on OMD tools for new staff
Use Industry tools such as CMMS to support analysis for Business groups and clients

Analytics :
Provide analytical support to Business Directors in analyzing client data : tracking and sales data and drawing conclusions a to media effectiveness and recommendations as to channel mix and Reach and Frequency goals
Derive Awareness models using client tracking data and derive implications for top down planning
Present findings to client in conjunction with Business Directors
Lead the analytics effort in the SH office with support from the Director of Communications Insights and Analytics
Be the quantitative guru, applying other models to industry and client data such as correspondence, cluster and factor solutions
General Skills and Competencies

Skills
-Familiarity with Office Tool
-Familiarity with Qualitative and Quantitative Research and how these research approaches should be applied ; in what circumstances
-Exposure to TV planning , Awareness Planning or communication planning principles are essential
