Job Description
You are an expert in the field of search engine marketing and have hands on experience working on Baidu and Google. As a team leader, you will be responsible for a group of clients. You understand the clients' business and are able to build a solid SEM strategy. You have excellent communication skills to explain the value of the work done. You are also a leader and hands on manager, you lead by example and are able to motivate and drive your team to achieve positive results. As the senior lead on the business, you will oversee the strategy development, implementation and the smooth day to day operations of your team.
You must be well versed in PPC (additional SEO skills with be a plus!), including account set up, key words categorization, key word selection, copywriting, buying and optimization. Knowledge of bid management tools and third party analytics solutions are required. Relevant candidates with less qualification may be considered for the Senior Manager role.

Roles & Responsibilities
? You are overall responsible for the development of search strategies and implementation for your clients (e.g., target audience recommendations, timing/scheduling strategy, etc.)
? As a senior, you are able to run accounts independently with minimal supervision. Required experiences include: industry/category knowledge, search media planning, negotiations and implementation, performance tracking and analysis.
? You are able to draw insights and implications from search results and develop future strategies while maintaining a dialogue with client
? You are always on top of your accounts and are able to identify issues and solve them, develop new business opportunities with existing clients and assist in development of new client relationships.
? Work closely with planning and measurement teams, you ensure search plans and creative/measurement work are strategically aligned, client needs while maintaining the highest quality levels
? You will work with your direct report regarding staffing and resource requirements and from an overall revenue management perspective.
? You lead and manage your team including providing ongoing feedback, motivate and train your team,
? Drive development and implementation of best practices in Search
? Provide search training to new team members including search industry landscape and best practices
? Promote search services within the company
? Be part of the new business development team
? Working closely with your direct report to create OMG's search POVs while engaging with OMG's regional SEM team

Experience
? Bachelor's degree in a related field
? Minimum of 5 years of search experience covering both organic and paid search in China
? Experience with at least one of the major paid search management tools
? Technical: Strong quantitative skills, including analytical abilities and math proficiency
? Strong understanding of online media optimization techniques including CPA, CPC, CPL & revenue share models
? Management experience is required, with a minimum of 2 years in a management role
? Proven leadership ability and previous client relationship experience required
? Proficient computer skills (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
? Strong communication skills in Mandarin, good English skills is preferred
