职位描述
Location: SH
? Report the Group Consumer Insight Director based in SH
Role Requirement :
The ideal candidates will have at least 8 years + solid experience in the China media industry or media related industry such as tracking / audience measurement with ideally a quantified research background and exposure to the principles and practices of audience measurement.
An understanding of the types of research driving client business such as audit and tracking is essential as well as an exposure to basic quail and quanti research skills.

Job Responsibilities:
? Support functional requirements of BJ & SH in analysis and modeling with some standard quantitative analysis such as cluster or segmentational analysis .
? Liaise with Business Directors and AMD Quanti on the correct approaches to client needs and deliver a quantitative solutions
? Manage a quanti team to do the essential maintenance work such as updating databases, extraction of basic data, training of new planning group team members
? Support the Metrics Modelling initiative and take responsibility to liaise with metric team in SH office , regionally. Develop proposals for clients which deliver sounds Business, marketing and Communications Investment solutions.
? Deliver ad hoc insights service to BD and clients whether based on existing data such as CMMS or bespoke insight generation through Popshots.
Specific Functional Requirement:
? Good understanding the principles of CSM / ACN audience measurement
? Good understanding of CMMS and similar systems although training in all our systems will be given.
? Good understanding of online metrics and KPI's
? Experience of dealing with client data such as tracking or brand health monitors and the linkages between media inputs and brand / consumer outputs essential.
? Good communication and presentation skills. Able to convince and influence other effectively
? Presentations skills and software skills to support this such as PPT in English etc
? Strong research skills , negotiations, proposal, analysis, management and delivery skill.
