Responsibilities:

l To implement recruiting procedure through position application management, job advertising, CV screening, liaison with candidates, telephone interview, F2F interview and so on.

l Responsible on talent mapping program including candidate searching and relationship management.

l Assessing candidate qualifications through conducting and documenting interviews and reference checking

l Effectively communicate with department heads to schedule interviews, provide status updates, and ensure appropriate staffing levels and procedures are met

l Expand Internet sourcing initiatives and develop creative recruiting strategies

l Participate in professional and University recruitment fairs

l Understanding and negotiating salaries, benefits and contract terms

Requirements:

l Bachelor degree

l At least 1 year recruiting experience using a variety of sourcing techniques

l Outstanding persistence and follow-through skills, customer service and team player attitude

l Good command of English, both in writing and speaking.
