Job Summary
Provide effective an efficient end-user technical support and user training.

Essential duties and Responsibilities
The duties and responsibilities are listed but not limited as followings and should complete any other tasks assigned by IT manager

Responsible for end-user's support and trouble-shooting, including department application software if required.
Responsible for updating local IT assist
Assist all staffs on burning file to CD and video taping if required.
Conducting data tape-backup on Data Backup Policy, data verification and disaster recovery simulation.
Document all software installation/changes/updates according to standards/procedures
Maintenance and records of file-sharing permissions
General hardware/software installations and problem solving.
Monitoring system performance and perform load balancing.
Participating in local/global IT project implementation

Education/Experience
Bachelor's of Science degree in Information Technology plus 3~4 years of current working experience. Or, Advance diploma with more than 4 years equivalent working experience
Being experience on helpdesk
Having good teamwork capability
Knowledge of general concept of IT which includes hardware, software, network and are required.
Having good English write/read skill, and oral English skill is preferred
