职位描述
Job summary:
· Support to manage all aspects of media technical requirements for Greater China Businesses.
· Effectively communicate servicing changes and work closely with all
internal partners from Sales team, Business Development team,
Channel team, DCVI, Singapore Media Management Services teams for all media requirements, customization and delivery.
· Monitor and track the end to end workflow process of Program Sales
Order requests from production, mastering, customization to delivery.
Key Responsibilities
· Provide pre-sales support
Provide technical and mastering delivery information to DMD sales
Work with clients on technical requirements
· Provide after sales support
Create delivery schedule for internal partners and external clients
Monitor and track material status and delivery to ensure clients
requirements are met
Coordinate shipment and local courier handling
· Program scheduling support
Coordinate with production vendor on the schedule of studio shooting.
Supervise production vendor on product quality and delivery.
Language coordination
· Coodinate with Sales, Channel Programming on the language
requirements
· Coodinate with Singapore Media Management Services (Language) team, DCVI or Language vendors to ensure that the dubbing tracks and/or subtitle files delivery can meet delivery due dates
Technical Servicing
· Work with clients and affiliate platforms towards digital delivery
· Manage local vendors to support operations
· Provide production and acquisition technical requirements to business partners
Qualifications :
· College graduate or above
· Technical knowledge of video encoding/transcoding formats
· Good knowledge of TV production workflow
· Fluent in English and Mandarin (Cantonese is plus)
· Knowing other Asia language is a plus
· Minimum 3 years related experiences in New Media, Broadcast, TV
production or facilities operations
· Client servicing experience is a plus
· Shipping and logistic experiences is a plus.
