DEPARTMENT DESCRIPTION

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Help of onboarding

· Gift preparation and courier

· Documents printing

2. Assist in job posting

3. Help summer camp onboarding preparation

4. Help of raising PO

5. Basic admin support for staffing, eg: meeting room book and stationary purchase

6. Support intern on boarding in the future

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

1. Self-disciplined

2. Organized and strong following up

3. Quick learner

4. Good attitude, supportive, cooperative and communicative

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

1. HR or related major

2. Good English

3.In the third year of university is perferred 大三优先考虑
