职位描述

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Adherence to SYKES policies on ethics and integrity.
2. Develops and maintains partnerships with clients to increase business and client satisfaction;
3. Coordinates with the implementation team new account implementation, including controlling all internal and external resources
4. Identifies problems, analyzes trends and implements corrective and preventive actions
5. Maintains updated client contracts by documenting changes in scope and conduction period reviews
6. Staffing projection complementing email / phone volume growth and forecast
7. Manage & oversee a sizable project operation of more than 200 CSR/ TSEs or able to handle the operation management of multiple projects of smaller scale
8. Regularly achieve and exceed client service level agreements and quality/customer satisfaction targets
9. Deals effectively with client complaints and issues by escalating to the appropriate person and by taking the appropriate action when necessary
10. Contributes to other projects/new program implementation if requested
11. Guide & develop career path for middle & junior management & their team via skills coaching on the job
12. Accountable for the teams efficiency and utilization

QUALIFICATIONS
1. College degree or above.
2. Excellent communication skills
3. Excellent written and spoken English and Mandarin
4. Proficient in writing reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals
5. Excellent/proven technical skills and knowledge
6. Strong Customer Service Orientation
7. Experience in working with people on different levels
8. Experience of negotiation and diplomacy
9. Experience in managing a budget and the ability to analyze statistical information
10 .Proficient with spreadsheets and word processing software
