RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Putting together proposals/RFPs for existing or potential clients;
2. Development of scope of work documentation
3. Will be responsible for all startup projects or new accounts;
4. Will need to ensure that the account remains both profitable and efficient;
5. Will be overall responsible for the initial stages of the project until a suitable AM has been put in place;
6. Work closely with client to understand their needs and operational requirements. Will also work with Sykes BDM on pricing issues and operational requirements of the client;
7. Will oversee development of all necessary documentations from training to QA to ensure efficiency level of team;
8. Will need to oversee implementation of all reporting and invoicing requirements;
9. Get the team up to speed with operations and become stable at the earliest possible time;
10. Documentation of team policies, procedures, and guidelines.
QUALIFICATIONS :
1. Bachelor degree or above.
2. Minimum of one year related experience in the Call Center industry.
3. Minimum of one year previous people management experience
4. Experience in working with people on different levels
5. Have ability to motivate and reinforce teamwork;
6. Strives to maintain a sound knowledge of the client;
7. Excellent Problem solving capabilities;
8. Data capture and data quality;
9. Ability to solve problems but also knows when to escalate.
10. Flexibility and availability for shift scheduling;
11. Ability to multitask;
12. Displays a positive attitude to customer, client and team member.
