工作职责：

1. 监督和支持本地生产的成本管理，ERP系统，业务规划；

2. 负责生产部门本地生产的成本控制，推行降低成本的经营理念；

3. 支持生产总监做好业务规划，特别是成本数据和战略规划；

4. 和海外公司一同促进出口业务，和生产团队一同支持产品解决方案；

5. 负责制定每年覆盖所有制造业务的中长期发展计划；

6. 负责所购设备的资本开支建议书；

7. 负责工厂投资的财务回报情况及投资事后的审计工作；

8. 负责跟踪评价原材料和组装件的存货盘点程序；

9. 建立完善的工程财务/成本体系，并向高层汇报系统的运行情况；

10. 向工厂管理层提供季度KPI统计和分析数据；

11. 完成财务经理或财务总监布置的其他工作。

任职要求：

1. 财会专业，本科及以上学历，有会计上岗证；

2. 8年以上成本控制和管理经验，其中3年以上成本主管经验；

3. 熟悉企业内部成本计算，分析，控制及管理，有JDE和ABC成本法经验者优先；

4. 优秀的Word/Excel/Outlook 操作经验；

5. 优秀的中英文口语及书面沟通能力；

6. 工作积极主动，良好的自我驱动，追求个人长期稳定发展。

Spirax Sarco Engineering (China) Co., Ltd. was established in 1995 in Shanghai. During the past twenty years, we have more than 40 sales and service offices national wide. Spirax Sarco China comprises two businesses units:

Spirax Sarco Steam Business Unit - We focus on promote effective application and control of steam, hot water, compressed air and other industrial fluid in China. We have 41 sales and service offices national wide. Chinese customers build or update their steam systems with SpiraxSarco techniques and products, which improve system efficiency and save energy. SpiraxSarco is recognized as steam experts for steam and thermal system.
斯派莎克蒸汽业务单元—致力于在中国推广有效的应用和控制蒸汽、热水、压缩空气等多种工业流体，销售和服务网络遍布全中国。中国客户通过应用斯派莎克的技术和产品，对蒸汽与热能系统进行改造，有效提高系统效率并节约能源，成为广大蒸汽与热能使用者的理想合作伙伴。
