职位描述

The Global Talent Acquisition organization at eBay Inc. is a fast-paced, highly motivated team of professionals focused on bringing in the highest level of talent to help drive the business forward while delivering a best in class candidate experience. The Manager, Talent Acquisition is responsible for providing day to day leadership, operational support and strategic direction for all talent acquisition activities related to the business they support. The person in this role will be accountable for direct and indirect management of all resources required to enable the Talent Acquisition team to meet their objectives in support of the organization strategies and financial performance.

Core Duties
1. Lead the team to deliver all aspects of recruitment activity, focusing on delivering customer-centric, efficient and high-quality execution of the core sourcing and candidate management process for all hires.
2. Managing, developing and coaching direct reports to ensure they are equipped with the right skills, competencies, tools, and processes to deliver a world class Talent Acquisition service.
3. Manage capacity and work distribution of direct reports for optimum effectiveness and resource management
4. Conduct team meetings, 1:1’s and development conversations on a regular basis and ensure your team is communicated relevant and important information in a timely manner.
5. Ensure all recruiting activity within your span of control is consistent and compliant with Global/Regional eBay Inc. policies as appropriate and the team meet all agreed key performance indicators, service level agreements applicable to their role.
6. Act as an escalation point for COE and Vendor related Talent Acquisition enquiries escalated from direct reports and Talent Acquisition Partners/Managers and assist with resolution.
7.Indirectly manage and leverage the larger network of resources within the Global Talent Acquisition organization in relation to; process & policy development, improvement and standardization, systems capability and performance, reporting accuracy and capability.
9. Monitors analytics (reports) and implements continuous improvement solutions, streamlining processes, identifying common issues and partnering with appropriate Talent Acquisition team members or Subject Matter Experts to address.

Prerequisite Knowledge & Proficiencies
1. Demonstrated track record of successfully building and leading teams across multiple geographies, with recruiting experience that ranges from entry to senior level hires.
2. Deep Talent Acquisition best practice expertise, broad organizational knowledge, labor market trends and legislative regulations.
3. Ability to build and manage relationships with internal and external customers including business partners, users, vendors, project teams and management leaders demonstrating the highest levels of integrity and discretion.
4.Strategic, creative, purposeful business thinking, maintaining a strong focus on execution while managing multiple stakeholders, initiatives, challenges and projects.
5.Ability to operate in a highly matrixed environment and handle multiple tasks of an urgent nature.
6.Must be results-oriented, have a high degree of flexibility and effectively deal with ambiguity
7.Strong project and consultative influence management skills in order to lead and/or participate in cross-functional teams and partner on talent needs in the business.
8.A high level of professional integrity and confidentiality and the ability to handle sensitive issues and situations with poise and emotional maturity
9. Superior interpersonal and negotiation skills; demonstrated effective listening and questioning skills and is comfortable dealing with all levels in the organization.
