1. 有手机物料采购相关经验；
2. 能合理制定采购计划；
3. 向下属合理分配采购任务；
4. 向总裁和总经理提出提出优化建议，降低成本；
5. 和质量经理合作保证物料质量；
6. 性格坚韧，能敦促供应商保证交期。
Repsonsibilities:
Lead Purchase team to perform the following tasks:
1. Source and audit suitable suppliers with sense of deadline.
2. Follow up existing supplier and factory to negotiate price and keep strong replationship.
3. Follow up order and project status to issue invoice
4. Cost down, cost comparason and analysis
5. Purchase planning and inventory control
6. Other relevant tasks.
Requirements:
1. 5 years above experience, and at least 3 years in sourcing and purchasing in managerial field.
2. Knowledge in mobile phone industry or electronic industry is a big plus
3. Good command of spoken & written English.
4. Familiar with Microsoft Office
5. Self-motivated with good communication skill and high responsibility sense.
6. Immediately Available is preferred.
