职位描述
- Customer Lead is responsible for technical customer service and communication
- Works together with Sales account Manager to support building relationships with target customers and supporting the active and target programs from our production divisions.
- Competent contact person to customer engineering group with constant approach establish network which allows getting technical information and documents quickly.
- The customer lead takes a pro-active interface role in the entire project phases (pre-RFQ, RFQ, serial)
- Main focus of his activities is the efforts to identify, and acquire targeted production programs for our manufacturing divisions from our customers.
- Skills of development processes and techniques of automotive suppliers / OEM
- Appropriate experience out of working in customer projects
- Knowledge about automotive industry (state-of-the-art / competition / innovations)
- Distinct communicative skills and authority, as well as team-work abilities
- Customer-orientated behavior as well as friendly and professional appearance
- Independent working skills, as well as performance- goal-oriented working
- Economical behavior
- Foreign language skills: English language skills (corporate language)
- PC software skills: MS-Office
- Skills in body-in-white and/or chassis development
- Experience in metal-forming and joining techniques
- CAD/CAE-knowledge
- Skills in Simultaneous Engineering
- Time and geographical flexibility
- Creativity in finding technical solutions
