Job Description

HR Supervisor/Manager

Department: HR

Location: Shanghai

Reports to: HRD

Key responsibilities:

– Recruitment

– Employment Administration

– Exit process and turnover analysis

– Provide employee relations support by establishing and maintaining positive and direct communications between the company and its employees

– Ensure the uniform and equitable application of organizational policies and procedures: Internal Promotion Process, Probation Review, Performance Review, Merit Review Process, Performance Improvement Process, and etc.

– Regulatory/Legal Compliance

– New employee orientation and HR related trainings to supervisors/employees

– Assist in Counseling Career Development

– Labor/legal issues, employee disputes, separation

Requirements:

– Fluent in spoken and written English and mastery of computer application skills

– Strong inter-personal and cross-functional coordination skills, people sensitivity

– Quick learner, self-management, influence, innovation and creativity

– Good communication skills (presentation, report writing etc.) and active team player

– Assertiveness, good judgment and can work under pressure / across boundary

– Analytical skills for good planning and problem solving

– Capability of measurement and evaluation, adaptable to change

– 2 to 3 years related working experience in MNC would be a plus, preferably pharma industry

– University graduate and above
