Our client is one of the leading Hong Kong based Apparel Manufacturers, with over 10 million garments production a year. They are a trusted partner for global well-known brands including Nordstrom, Giordano and Uniqlo.
Due to their expansion plan, they are seeking Designers/ Senior Designers to join their newly established Shenzhen Sourcing Office.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Providing Men’s woven design and product development for key retail clients
-Design according to trend direction of key market (US/ Europe/ Japan)
-Able to design according to cost
-Provide trend information
-Develop commercial ranges
-Ensure the interpretation of designs by factory base
-Provide technical specifications for factory
-Provide trend & design presentation as and when required to Retail buyers
-Work closely with the fabric & trim suppliers to develop and research new material per season.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS:
-Report to the Head of PD & Sourcing
-Min 5 years Design experience, preferred in Men’s woven product
-Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
-Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, MS office and Mac in daily work
-Demonstrate design experience preferably with a major Fashion Retailer sourcing office for US or Japan market
-Used to working directly with factory base is preferable
-University degree in relevant discipline preferred
-Excellent written and oral English/Cantonese/Mandarin, Japanese is definitely an advantage
