Requirements:

1. 3+ years' experience in mechanical parts assembling/manufacturing field;

2. Bachelor degree with science or engineering related major;

3. Working experience in production quality or custom quality is preferred;

4. Manufacturing background of foreign-owned enterprise. Automobile manufacture industry is preferred;

5. Good knowledge of TS 16949/APQP/PPAP;

6. Good knowledge of Control Plan/PFMEA;

7. Good knowledge of mechanical drawing;

8. Good knowledge of quality tools:SPC/MSA/8D/QC 7 tools/Layered audit;

9. Good PC and presentation skills;

10. Strong problem-analyzing and problem-solving ability;

11. Good written and oral English. Good Japanese is preferred;

12. Can work under high pressure.

Before SOP

1. Line release and abnormal problems solving

2. Event & test building

3. Inspection report/ WI /record sheet preparation

4. Production Inspection Standard prepare & submit & update

5. Control Plan preparation

6. Interim Inspection Plan preparation

7. Process Working Instruction confirm

After SOP

1. Attend AMGA/B daily meeting

2. CPC management

3. Engineering Change follow up

4. Non-Confirmed Materials prepare and issue (list update)

5. Process abnormal part judgement

6. NG part analysis & countermeasure

7. Customer complain follow

8. APDS system register (Trace/NCM/PLM)

9. Rework follow up

10. Jikoutei Kanketsu

11. Customer QAV and requirement follow up

12. FMEA go & see

System requirement

1. TS16949 & ISO14001:

- Familiar with quality environment policy, must be implement all applicable regulations and requirements; in comply with environmental and safety laws;

- Familiar with the department goal is avoiding jeopardizing employee, customer or public safety, as well as the state of the environment in general;

2. Quality and environment duty:

- Know and implement company quality and environment policy, obey relevant law and regulation;

- Know dept environment factors and dangerous factors.
