1.Works with R&D and Beta team on New Product / Project Launch.
2.Provides engineering services, such as process feasibility study, cost estimation, time study, new process and machine evaluation.
3.Prepares engineering standards, specification, process sheets and work instructions.
4.Faults diagnosis and troubleshooting.
5.Leads Kaizen and relevant Projects.
6.Trains and evaluates operators.
7.Completes other tasks assigned by the company.

Job Requirement:
1.College degree or above in Polymer / Injection / Chemistry or engineering.
2.Minimum 3 years experience in Injection molding process support.
3.Good command of oral, reading and written English.
4.Thoroughly understand Injection molding process for plastic (PP, PE etc.).
5.Outstanding project planning and execution skills.
6.Positive, Persuasive, able to work in a team environment.
7.Familiar with MS Office, skill in AutoCAD is a preferable.
