Job Responsibilities
1.Establish, maintain& improve Quality Management System & food safety system.
2.Manage vendor quality by performing vendor evaluation and material evaluation.
3.Ensure all quality requirements are in accordance to specifications, and achieve customer satisfaction and delivery.
4.Conduct regular audits on systems, operations and products to ensure conformance to specifications.
5.Responsible for all external audits and conduct audits at suppliers' manufacturing locations.
6.Serve customers to meet & exceed their expectations.
7.Deliver world class quality for products & services.
8.Handle customer complaints and returns timely and effectively to improve customer satisfaction.
9.Facilitate quality improvement to the product & department by providing technical guidance on Quality Tools applications.
10.Drive Preventive, corrective actions and improvement actions to improve product quality.
11.Support and complete other assignments.

Job Requirement
1. Degree or above in relevant technical discipline.
2. Strong trouble-shooting ability, results oriented and safety mind set is a must.
3. Good leadership, motivation and communication skills.
4. Good written and spoken English.
5. More than 8 years similar experience in manufacturing environment, and familiar with injection/molding industry is a plus.
