职位职责描述Job Description：

现场督导以按时、按成本、按目标质量水平来交付新机型项目投产工作。确保现场每天投产会议的展开，确保所有的投产流程和标准都被遵循，确保管理层汇报文档被开发。

On site to deliver new model Powertrain launches on time, on cost and at the target quality levels. Assure that daily deployment of the on-site launch meeting cadence, all launch processes and standards are followed, and Management review documents are developed.

主要工作内容Major Responsibilities：

· 牵头AIMS流程并确保执行；

Lead AIMS process and make sure implementation；

· 执行OTG流程；

Implement the Open to Go Process；

· 协调现场返修流程；

Coordinate the On Site Modification process；

· 支持工厂白板流程，确保时间问题的解决；

Support the Plant Whiteboard process and ensure timely issue resolution；

· 确保投产现场的会议按节奏运行；

Ensure the Meeting cadence for launch on site is operating；

· 实施NMP周会评估报告；

Implement and prepare the NMP weekly Assessment report(s) ；

· 交付从〈LR〉到Ok to Buy节点投产评审的准备、关重问题识别、关键问题状态和最终报告；

Deliver the preparation, identification of significant issues, key metrics status and the final presentation of the Launch Reviews from <LR> through OK to Buy；

· 支持PT Night Letter流程和节奏；

Support the PT Night Letter Process and cadence；

· 确保每个投产制造阶段的Ok to Build/Ship/Ok to Buy积分卡的准备，支持管理层回顾；

Ensure that the OK to Build/Ship/Buy Scorecards are prepared at each build event to support Management Reviews；

· 牵头经验教训总结；

Lead Lessons Learnt process；

· 通过遵循PT LQOS标准推动标准化工作。

Drive standardization through adhering to PT LQOS；

任职条件Post Qualifications ：

· 工程及相关本科；

Bachelor degree in engineering or related；

· 较好的英文读、写、听、说能力；

Good read, write, listen and speak skill by English；

· 2年以上相关工作经验；

At least 2 years of relevant work experience；

· 熟悉变速器总装/机加工艺，较强的组织、协调管理能力；

Familiar with transmission assembly / machining process, with good organization, cooperativeness capability；

· 具备动力系统制造、设计、项目管理或投产经验；

· PT manufacturing，design， program management, with Project management or launch experience；

· 能够运用8D问题解决方法；

Experienced with 8D problem-solving discipline ；

· 有精益制造或6Sigma经验的优先；

Experience in a Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma environment preferred；

· 好的敬业精神，团队协作能力强；

Good devotion and team work spirit;

· 掌握计算机运用技术；

Strong computer application skills；

杭州分公司规划用地2100亩，并预留1000亩土地作为发动机、变速箱等核心零部件的发展空间。项目一期已于2012年8月开工建设，预计2015年1月正式投产，投产后将全面支持长安福特汽车未来产品计划。
