Responsibilities:

1. Own the quality assurance of all technical systems, and all the tools associated with them.
2. Together with other teams, craft its strategy and define its long term roadmap and short term deliverables;
3. Work with other system owners to define clear and easy-to-execute QA processes;
4. Maintain a high quality product release cycle;
5. Drive QA feedback during the product requirement collection and definition stage;
6. Hire talented quality assurance engineers and build high performance teams;
7. Lead team to reach corporate goals and exceed them;
8. Identify and grow strong performers;
9. Manage projects when needed.

Requirements:

1. Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field, with CET4 or equivalence.
2. 3 or more years experience in requirement analysis, software testing, or development.
