Location: Shanghai Office

Report to: Line manager

工作职责
公司设立、变更、注销等的文书制作和手续申请
资料翻译
完成直属上级安排的其他工作

Job Responsibility
Prepare documents for company setting-up, alteration, deregistration etc. and proceed the procedures required;
Translate documents;
Any other assignments from the line manager

职位要求
学士学位或以上，优秀的日语口语和笔译能力（懂英语者优先）
良好计算机应用能力，特别是微软办公软件
具有相关工作经验者或持有会计资格证者优先
工作积极主动，有良好的团队合作精神，做事有条理，抗压力强
性格开朗，良好的与人沟通能力，自律

Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above, Japanese major
A good command of oral and written Japanese is must (good command of English preferred)
Good skills in computer applications, especially Microsoft office software
Certificate of accounting professional is a plus, or additional certificate in Secretarial training is preferable
A good team player, highly-organized and able to work under pressure
Pleasant personality, good interpersonal skills, self-motivated
