Senior Merchandiser

Job responsibilities:

1. Cosmetics packaging purchasing, order management, control, operation more than 3 years work experiences;
2. Strong order scheduling and control ability, the daily work of a strong leading, planning and execution; understand normal problems of regular solution;
3. Good at analysis of purchasing data, purchase all kinds of statistics maintenance;
4. Assist the manager to follow up China areas related to product project and take the initiative to optimize purchasing workflow efficiency, to help employees improve job skills, leadership purchasing team to complete the work
5. Good for plant personnel related to communication and coordination ability, know how to obtain the relevant personnel to their own work in the right way of the support and cooperation;
6. Regular assessment of suppliers on time delivery, quality improvement, and follow up with suppliers, understand the tools and methods of plan management of manufacturing enterprises; strong logical analysis ability, high responsibility, can bear hardships and stand hard work, has the very good professionalism, good learning ability;
7. Work rigorous, meticulous organization.

Job requirements:
- Bachelor degree, minimum 3 years of purchasing and related industry work experience
- Skilled use of analytical tools, good communication and negotiation skills
- Understand the basic process of export, customs declaration, documents ect
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Good team spirit
- Good cost consciousness
-Open-minded, honesty, strong resistance ability




高级采购跟单

工作职责：

1、有化妆品包材采购、订单管理控制、运作3年以上相同工作经验；
2、具备较强的订单排产和管控能力，对日常工作有很强主导性、计划性和执行力；懂得通
常性的异常问题的解决办法，并能及时解决；
3、擅长采购数据的整理分析，采购各类统计报表维护；
4、协助上司跟进中国区相关产品项目并主动优化采购工作流程的效率，帮助新进员工提高工作技能，领导采购小组完成工作；
5、良好的对工厂相关人员的沟通协调能力，懂得用正确的方式取得相关人员对自身工作的支持与配合；
6、定期评估供应商的准时交货率、质量表现，以及跟进供应商的改善情况，了解生产制造企业计划管理工作的工具和方法；具备较强的逻辑分析能力，责任心非常强，能吃苦耐劳，具备非常好的敬业精神，学习能力佳；
7、工作严谨，条理，细致，干练。



岗位要求：

- 本科学历，至少3年采购及相关行业工作经验
- 熟练使用分析工具，良好的沟通及谈判技巧
- 懂基本的出口流程，报关，单证等知识
- 优秀的英语口语和书面表达能力
- 良好的团队合作精神
- 良好的成本意识
- 虚心,诚实,较强的抗压能力
