职位描述:
1、根据公司经营战略,制定总体客户服务团队策略与计划;
2、深入了解客户需求行业环境等信息,维护客户关系,抓住客户关注点,寻求新的盈利机会;
3、挖掘客户需求,利用各类搜索引擎相关效果营销产品资源优化组合,为大客户提供搜索引擎营销解决方案;
4、分析解读营销数据,策划制定搜索引擎关键字推广方案与策略;
5、监督项目执行环节,保证项目质量,对业务数据、客户情况进行分析与预判,及时调整业务服务方向;
6、发掘并使用相关工具有效管理大客户搜索推广账户;
7、对重要营销方案给出核心策略建议、监督执行效果并能够提案,善于把握业务营销机会,及时处理相关公关工作;
8、管理及把控公司所有现有客户的生意增长, 不断优化团队质素,提供不同增值服务给客户从而提高公司利益;
9、与销售团队一起开拓新客户及业务;
10、按业务需求与产品及技术部门合作开发产品。
任职资格:
1、本科以上学历;
2、5-8年以上网上营销策略经验, 尤其具备效果营销及搜索引擎营销经验优先,对互联网营销SEM策略有深入的了解;
3、具备职业素养及广告行业知识,有品牌策划及整合传播的经验,较强的学习能力及快速适应能力,能迅速掌握公司运用模式并能运用于项目服务中;
4、敏锐的市场洞察力和准确的客户分析能力,极强时间管理能力和多任务规划统筹执行能力;
5、需具备优秀的提案能力,能针对客户潜在需求挖掘销售机会;
6、需具备优秀数据分析能力,解读客户潜在需求制定策略;
7、擅长团队运作及管理,有管理20人以上团队或跨地区管理经验优先;
8、英文听说读写必须良好;
9、有服务跨国公司客户、4A广告公司经验者优先。
Job description:
1、Making strategies and plans for AM team which is based on the business strategy of the firm;
2、Deeply understand customers’ requirements、industry environment information, keeping customers’ relations, seizing the customer focus, exploring the new revenue opportunity;
3、Digging the demands of clients, providing SEM solutions to strong clients by taking advantage of resource optimization of related performance marketing products of diversified search engines;
4、Analyzing and interpreting marketing data,making promotion proposal and strategy of keyword;
5、Monitoring implementation part of project, making sure the project quality, analyzing and anticipating clients’ situations and business data, adjusting the orientation of business service immediately;
6、Discovering and using the related tools to manage promotion accounts of strong clients effectively;
7、Proposing the core strategy suggestions to the important marketing proposals, monitoring implementation results, having a good demand of seizing business marketing opportunities and dealing with related PR events immediately;
8、Managing and controlling business growth of all current clients in the firm, continuing optimize team quality,enhacing company's interest by providing different value-added services to customers;
9、Exploring new clients and business with sales teams;
10、Developing products with product and technology teams which is based on business needs.
Job qualification:
1、Bachelor’s degree or above;
2、5-8 year online marketing experience, especially in performance marketing and SEM,holding deep understanding with SEM strategy;
3、Possessing good professional capability and advertising industry knowledge, having experience in branding planning and integrated communication, strong study skill and fast learning capability, can quickly learn the operation model of the firm and apply this into the project service;
4、Keen market insight and accurate customer analysis capabilities, strong time management skills and ability to manage and coordinate multi-task planning and implementation;
5、Excellent ability to propose projects, be able to explore the potential demand for customer sales opportunities;
6、Excellent capability in data analysis, interpreting the potential customer needs to develop strategies;
7、Specializes in operation and team management, who has managed teams with more than 20 or had regional management experience is preferred;
8、Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading and writing;
9、Having experience in 4A advertising company and have serviced multinational clients is preferred.
