Report to: Financial Controller
Job Description:
(1)To perform financial reporting under IFRS and consolidation of financial statements
(2)To perform comprehensive analytical review procedures for the quarterly financial statements prepared under IFRS
(3)To develop and maintain a complete set templates for the analytical review templates
(4)To develop and maintain the financial forecast model;To perform rolling forecast and timely updates for the use of executives
(5)To closely follow up with the changes in IFRS and evaluate the impact on the company’s financial reporting and forecast
(6)To provide internal training to finance staff in financial analytical review and forecast field
(7)Other tasks as instructed by the Financial Controller
Requirements:
(1)3-5 years (or above) working experience in big 4 international audit firms or oversea-listed companies
(2)Be familiar with accounting treatment for special accounting issues in internet technology industry and retailing industry
(3)Solid practical experience in financial analytical review and financial forecast modeling
(4)Be familiar with IFRS and PRC GAAP as well as the GAAP difference/reconciliation between the two
(5)Strong excel application and data processing/conversion skills.Be able to set up a comprehensive financial forecast model on excel basis
(6)Be familiar with application in Access,Viso,Word,PowerPoint and other office software.Be good at producing PPT presentation reports
(7)CET-6 or above. Proficient in oral/written English. Be able to use English as one of the working languages
(8)Working experience in oversea-listed companies would be an advantage
(9)CICPA or international CPA qualifications would be an advantage
(10)Skills on SQL or Oracle system operation would be an advantage
