主要在集团公司的运营管理属下学习，做为区域管理层的后备军，需要有较强的学习能力和执行能力，同时具备创新思维的习惯，以及协调上级的工作能力，灵活运用于工作中。
条件：
1、海外留学者，应届毕业或者实习（美国、英国、加拿大等国家海外留学者，优秀的海归者优先考虑）；
2、懂得基本的英语口语（有在上市公司工作过的优先，或者有较强的英语口语）；
3、担任过班干、策划者（在外资或者实力500强的公司做过类似的实习工作者优先）；
4、若是有自信与较强的上进心者，可以提交申请！
注：凡是通过简历筛选的，注意留意手机信息通知面试。若是具有内资与外资银行的推荐信(面试时需要同步提交)，或者是500强内公司的推荐信，优先面试。
