Job Description: (defined but not limited to)
1. Provide the after service support to customer by way of telephone, fax, or email etc...
2. Communicate with the customer to collect detail information for trouble shooting and/or problem analysis.
3. Develop the action plan for service case by working with related department.
4. Arrange the material, manpower, tooling, and equipment etc…to address the after service issue.
5. Coordinate and support the service engineer to perform service activity in the jobsite.
6. Maintain service case information keep updating and tracking to closure. 7. Be able to travel domestic, country in Southeast Asia to perform the service activity if necessary.
工作范围、职责：（已定但不局限于）
1. 通过电话，电邮，或者传真等方式向客户提供售后技术支持。
2. 保持和客户沟通联系，收集现场的问题背景资料及具体信息，用以给团队分析问题。
3. 和各相关部门商讨方案，制定售后服务工作日程计划。
4. 安排必要的物料，人员，工具，设备实施售后服务。
5. 协调并支持服务工程人员在现场实施售后服务，解决问题。
6. 整理售后服务信息，保持资料及时更新，直至问题关闭结束为止。
7. 必要时可以在国内及东南国家出差，实施售后服务活动。

Qualification requirement:
1. College degree or above, specialize in Machining, Electronic, Electromechanical, or Engineering etc…
2. At least 3 years working experience, including 2 years for after service coordination or management, or assembly, commissioning, startup experience in field/jobsite.
3. Good English communication skill in reading/writing and oral.
4. Good ability of expression and reporting, good communication skill.
5. Strong coordination, cooperation skill. Any of specialty in design (R&D), Manufacturing engineering, QC is preferred.
6. Working experience in Multinational Corporation or machine/equipment maker is preferred.
要求：
1. 机械、机电一体化、自动化专业，大专以上学历。
2. 3年以上相关工作经验，其中2年以上售后服务管理协调，或者现场自动机械组装、调试、维修工作经验。
3. 具备较好的英语读写说能力。（本公司为外资公司，日常文书是英语，工作中需要英语会话）。
4. 良好的语言表达能力及报告汇总能力，善于与客户进行沟通。
5. 有较强的组织协调和内部管控能力，有一定设计、生产技术、品质（其中一门或以上）专长者优先。
6. 有外资企业工作经验者优先考虑，有设备企业工作经验者优先考虑。
