Key Responsibility:

1.Total customer satisfaction in the areas of delivery, scheduling, prioritizing production and resolving problems.
2.Coordinate among inter-affiliates for deciding on product launch, change of product design and best solution to customers' requests.
3.Arrange replenishment schedules in consideration of capacity, materials availability and inventory.
4.Monitor production progress and shipment status.
5.Control inventory level within budget and to provide rooms for meeting increased market demand.
6.Issue the monthly Forecast and weekly Delivery Note according to requirement.
7.Analyze market demand trends and monitor the inventory level according to the change of sales trends, communicate to all concerned parties to ensure the fulfillment of market requirement
8.Participate in weekly Planning meeting to ensure the weekly delivery promise is reasonable and achievable
9.Understand production constraints in terms of capacity and material supplies and discuss with customers for best solution. Then, arrange replenishment schedules accordingly.
10.Ensure data accuracy in the computer system.
11.Negotiate with Production Planning to finalize the Master Production Schedule to meet customer's needs.
12.Attend marketing meetings and monitoring market promotion activities.
13.Control the item change version to minimize the write off inventory on the obsolete and slow moving items.

Requirement:
1.Bachelor degree in science, manufacturing or management discipline, lower level is acceptable with more relevant experience.
2.3 to 5 years'experience in customer service, planning, control and coordination.
3.Experience in MRPII/Supply Chain Management/ERP.

Others:

Strong in leadership, influencing, negotiation and coordination.

Good at data management and analysis.
