YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

- Manage all phases of facility installation and maintenance including; preventive, scheduled, and non-scheduled maintenance;
- Manage and provide technical guidance for the identification and analysis of technical operating problems;
- Responsible for the management of water supply, power supply, workshop, lift, lighting, sewage dispose, fire control pumping station, compressor and air feed supply system etc in a smooth condition and make sure enough supporting to production;
- Supervise the implementation and maintenance of all safety, industrial health and environmental procedures in accordance with Plant and Company policies and guidelines;
- Maintains an effective organization through the selection, development and motivation of all personnel;
- Ensure all facility practice is compliance with Company's policy and procedure and Chinese and US regulation;
- Prepare and control facility goals.

WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR IN YOU:

- College or above; Major in electric or mechanical engineering;
- At least 5 years relevant experience, including 3 years supervisory experience;
- Good English skills, both written and spoken;
- Demonstrate leadership behaviors supporting Company's values;
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams & effectively lead to significant results;
- Ability to plan and execute to priority and focus resources in right area;
- Demonstrate process troubleshooting skills and drive for result;
- Customer focused, quick response and creative solutions.
