1. Master degree in electronic engineering or electronics.
2. Over five years professional experience in electronic design; development experience of analytical instruments, home appliance products, medical devices preferable.
3. At least three years experience in design of high power motor driver, Familiar with MOSFET, HVIC, IGBT and IPM.
4. Professional experience in motor control. Familiar with field oriented control, vector control, modulation, PI regulator, current loop control, speed loop control.
5. Rich knowledge about and experience with current development tools (emulators, debuggers).
6. Solid experience with circuit / PCB design using Protel (99, DXP or Altium Designer).
7. Knowledge of national and international safety standards & EMC is a must.
8. Conscious of cost and schedule.
9. Good command of English, especially listening and speaking.
10. Work with self motivation.
11. Willing to work independently as well as to cooperate with peers.
12. Good interpersonal, communication and leadership skills.
13. Willing to learn and improve.

1. Research work, for instance on new components or competing products;
2. Hardware and software development in the area of measurement technology.
3. Schematic design, layout, programming, build-up and test of PCBs, test of hardware and software.
4. Assemble and test functional samples and prototypes.
5. Hazard and error analysis.
6. Compile full documentations, keeping project files, including calculations, simulations, BOM, technical drawings and other technical documentations such as operation manuals.
7. Comply with valid norms and guidelines in this field.
8. Implement engineering changes, as well as product management.
9. Close cooperation with, and support to internal departments such as production, applications, sourcing and etc.
