Responsibilities:
Quality management system & management responsibility
- Follow the supplier performance
Resource management Product realization
-Review the process of new purchased parts with the support and the co-operation of the ASQ, Program Quality leader or quality UAP engineer.
-Secure S/R Characteristics (share with SQD who is the owner)
-Follow the securization rate.
-Manage and update Goods Incoming Inspection plan.
-Validate, track and update yearly PPAP for all parts in series production, in accordance with the customer and Faurecia requirements according Faurecia Standard。
-Manage changes on purchased parts & Suppliers (internal/external) by update PPAP and process qualification audit/ S/R audits (ind. Re-sourcing) during serial production
Measurement, analysis & improvement
-Validate & consolidate (through QSS) required supplier quality indicators for his/her plant
-Manage the process & Product audits of existing purchased parts where the parts are the subject of an action plan (8D), verify that suppliers are following their internal audit and cop testing planning
- In co-operation with the serie and commodity buyers, manages suppliers , top offender in Red List & Supplier Breakthrough Quality Plan improvement process according to Group Methodology (8D, SPQA, QRQC, CSL 1 & 2 processes ).
Generic tasks
-Respect Quality targets defined by the Q manager
-Guarantee and respect the Quality system rules
Stop the product delivery in case of major NC

Qualification
-Bachelor degree or equivalent majoring in mechanical engineering or automation
-At least 3 years practical experiences in automotive quality management function , preferably in foreign enterprise or joint venture in a manufacturing environment
-Experience with supplier development and management
-Good knowledge in stamping and tooling, ability to read blue-prints and other engineering designs
-Familiar with TS16949 and APQP/PPAP/SPC/MSA/8D/Control plan/FMEA.
