Main missions:

1. Take charge of AP function, including checking the invoice against material receipts in, prepare AP aging report; Periodic review and clear GR/IR open items with procurement department and take over ICS reconciliation report.
2. Responsible for completion of cost & expense accounting and reporting, to ensure high accuracy of current costing/ inventory evaluation/ related processes/ co-ordinate with all possess owners / teams to ensure all data are interfaced to costing team on time；
3. Responsible for analysis of variances in manufacturing costs, material costs, against last month on a monthly basis after month-end closing. Completion of month end costing analysis package and other management accounting analysis as directed;
4. Assist Line manager in developing, reviewing, and maintaining the standard cost system, including establishing annual standard labor and overhead rates for each manufacturing process/product lines, and improving the allocation methodology.
5. Responsible for GPIS report for reflect to squeeze report.
6. Participate in yearly budgeting and rolling forecast;
7. Responsible for the annual physical counting and assist internal and external audit.
8. Assist GL Accountant on any accounting issues ;
9. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have/be:
1. Bachelor in Accounting, CPA is a plus
2. Experience in a foreign representative office or JV
3. 4/5 year experiences in accounting / finance
4. Fluent English is a must
5. Master in Excel and account software in a must
6. Rigorous, Autonomous, Stress resistance, Delay Oriented, Team worker, Good sense of analysit
