Smardt Chillers正物色一名有意向成为Danfoss Turbocor Compressor technology（丹麦最大工业集团）和Smardt Chillers的高级服务技术员/工程师。职责包括支持Smardt Chillers在中国调试和保修,并辅助我们的分销服务合作伙伴。成功的候选人将负责我们区域服务合作的伙伴提供技术支持,并提供现场培训。

成功的候选人将有以下技能:
1.必须具备相关的制冷专业的技能、知识和相关资格证书；
2.必须有在中央动力和冷却装置方面的工作经验；
3.有离心式制冷压缩机的经验将优先考虑；
4.善于把握和系统控制能力是至关重要的；
5.计算机知识是至关重要的；
6.有培训别人经验将优先考虑；
7.具备优秀的英语语言能力；
8.具备其他语言技能将优先考虑。

这个职位需要参与提供以下服务:
1.通过电话、在线或亲自为Smardt产品提供技术服务支持；
2.在公司的指导下为Smardt产品直接现场服务，包括委托制作、维护和维修请求服务；
3.协助实施产品改进；
4.协调亚洲的服务合作伙伴的保修服务活动；
5.需要为本土的或者国际的现场服务工作提供专业协助和排除故障；
6.参与正在进行的现场技术人员的培训；
7.强调将工作地点在中国,但是这个职位也需要支持全球有需要的地方；



Smardt Chillers is the world’s largest manufacturer of ultra-energy efficient, oil-free chillers for air conditioning and refrigeration applications utilizing the magnetic-bearing Turbocor compressor technology. The company is at the cutting edge of innovation and rapidly growing. With manufacturing facilities in Australia, the United States, Canada, Germany and China, the company is working on expanding their presence in China and has an opening for an experienced Service Engineer to join our talented team and become an expert in this revolutionary technology.

Smardt Chillers is looking to employ a Senior Service Technician/Engineer who is willing to become an expert in the Danfoss Turbocor Compressor technology and Smardt Chillers. Responsibilities include supporting Smardt chillers throughout China during the commissioning and warranty period, and supporting our sub contractor service partners. The successful candidate will also be responsible for offering technical support to our in-field service partners and offer on-site training.


The successful candidate will have the following skills:

1.Must be a qualified and licensed air conditioning technician
2.Must have experience working with central plants and chillers
3.Centrifugal refrigeration compressor experience will be highly regarded
4.Solid grasp of Controls and Control Systems is essential
5.Computer literacy is essential
6.Experience in Training others is highly regarded
7.English language proficiency
8.Other language skills highly regarded


The position entails involvement in providing the following services:

1.Technical service support for Smardt products via the phone, on-line or in person;
2.Direct service for Smardt chillers on site at Smardt’s discretion, including Commissionings, Maintenances, and Service Call Outs.
3.Service assistance to implement Product enhancements.
4.Co-ordination of warranty service activities performed by our service partners throughout Asia;
5.Local and International travel to job sites will be required to offer expert assistance and/or troubleshooting;
6.Involvement in on-going training of field technicians, through on-site training.
7.An emphasis will be placed on conducting the above within China, however the role will also entail lending support where needed globally.
