Major Responsibilities:

i) Being a member of Guangzhou Billing shared service, Accounting assistant works together with cash application team / Billing user to achieve the Billing target

ii) Responsible for Billing process for UL entities

iii) Maintain the customer credit profile and master data

iv) Communicate with collectors to revise invoice information

v) Send request to data center

vi) Migrate data to new system

Qualifications:

i) Diploma in Accounting or finance

ii) One year of related work experience

iii) Experience with Oracle will be a plus

iv) Good communication skills in English

v) Hard working and able to work under pressure

vi) Good team work
